To avoid any confusion, we hereby declare that:

1. That Nexus Professionals LLC is currently only listing opening job positions at the above authorized recruitment websites and platforms.
2. That Nexus Professionals LLC will not demand payment in any form for any job applications.
3. That Nexus Professionals LLC will initiate the advertisement of all vacant positions only when it is ready to embark on a recruitment exercise.
4. That members of the public, particularly potential applicants, should send resumes and job applications through our authorized recruitment websites or platforms to avoid sending information for job applications to unauthorized recruitment websites and other social media platforms that may misuse the name and trademark of Nexus Professionals LLC.
5. That members of the public, particularly potential applicants, should be wary of fraudulent invitations for job interviews from unauthorized job listings websites and social media platforms or at any worksites other than our established worksites in Milpitas, Gilroy, Maywood, Stockton, Sacramento, Richmond, Jurupa Valley, Fresno,Vista of California, Portland of Oregon, Bloomington of Indiana, Plainview, Grand Prairie of Texas, Aurora of Illinois, Salt Lake of Utah, Lakewood of Washington, Atlanta of Georgia and that anyone who entertains such invitations or deals with peddlers of such invitations does so at his or her own risk;
6. That anyone contacted for the purpose of the purported recruitment other than through advertisement duly placed by Nexus professionals LLC on our website or authorized websites or platforms listed above, should not hesitate to report such information to HR@nexustalentgrp.com or through other relevant legal channels.
